Primary Objective: By working under the direction of the shift supervisor, oversee production of quality goods while maintaining standard cycles, safety and quality control.
High School Diploma
Min of 2 years, hands-on experience in Injection Processing or technical training involving hands-on injection process
Must be able to work safely
Must be able to lift 35 lbs to shoulder height
Must be able to wear proper protective equipment
Must be able to stand, walk, bend and climb for 80% of shift
Must be able to take direction and work well with others
Must be able to maintain a good attendance record

Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing molded components in a timely manner, to ensure production schedules are met.
Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding processing including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and workflow.
Respond to machine alarms in a timely manner to minimize down time and maintain machine efficiency.
Machine efficiency and productivity, including mod and machine maintenance.
Work with Process Engineer & Sift Supervisor to ensure safety standards are being met.
Assist with material management including the processing of scrap and regrind produced
Generating documentation on molding runs that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproductivity.
Following established procedures, to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Report any molds and machines requiring maintenance.
Perform minor maintenance functions as needed on machines and auxiliary equipment.
Work overtime/adjusted work schedule as required.
